What you fill in for each person
Up to 20 people, each in their own box on the Team tab:
- Name, up to 40 characters, and Title, up to 60, such as Reservations or Delivery.
- Channel and number, name or address: WhatsApp, Phone, SMS, Telegram, Viber, Messenger or Email, cleaned by the same rules as the free plugin.
- Message or email subject, up to 500 characters, with
{title},{url}and{site}. - Photo, chosen from your media library, and Place in the menu.
To remove a person, empty the whole row.
How the menu is arranged
The team comes first in the menu, then the channels from the Buttons tab. With a team, even a single channel becomes a menu, because there is now more than one line to choose between. A person’s line shows the photo, the name and the title.
Each person’s hours
A person can be Always shown or have Own opening hours. Outside those hours, the line is either hidden, or it stays and says when they are back. That is covered in the opening hours guide, with a checker you can try.
What the free plugin does without it
The free plugin has one line for each channel, not for each person. For a small site that is often enough: several channels in one button. Pro is for the day the same channel has several people behind it. It is a separate plugin; see what Pro costs, and what stops if you ever stop paying.
