A set that works

WhatsApp with the message Hi, I would like to book an appointment, and Phone, phones only, for the ones who want to ring. If your reception has a different email for requests, add Email with a subject like Appointment request.

Put it where bookings begin

The treatment pages, the price list, the contact page. If you would rather not have it on every page, choose the pages by number on the Display tab. A button on the page that explains a treatment catches the person at the moment they decide.

Keep health details out of the chat

For a clinic, say plainly in the greeting or on the page that the chat is for booking and not for symptoms, results or personal information. Check what the rules where you work say about messages with patients in a general messaging app, and offer a better route for anything private.

Opening hours

A reception has hours, a chair has a person at it, and a message sent at midnight is read at nine. With the free plugin that is a matter of the greeting. Pro can give each person their own hours, so a stylist who works Tuesdays to Fridays is only offered then, and the others carry on. The team lines guide shows how.
